The Key West LifestylePro is designed for those who want maximum comfort, powerful hydrotherapy and exceptional thermal performance in a spacious, refined layout. With seating for up to six people and a deep, immersive shell, it delivers a premium spa experience suited to both social use and focused relaxation.
At the core of the Key West is a robust Gecko control system, combining the IN.YE3 platform with a 3kW heater and the IN.K1001 touchscreen control panel. This provides precise, intuitive control over temperature, jets and lighting, ensuring consistent performance and ease of use. Integrated Gecko IN.STREAM2 Bluetooth allows seamless audio control directly from your device.
Hydrotherapy is a standout feature. A total of 59 hydrotherapy jets are strategically positioned to target the back, shoulders, hips and legs, while 20 dedicated air massage jets introduce a lighter, enveloping massage for full-body relaxation. A powerful 400-watt hot air blower enhances air jet performance, delivering a more dynamic and therapeutic experience.
Thermal efficiency is central to the Key West LifestylePro’s design. Full foam R18+ insulation is combined with a six-layer shell incorporating high-density foam, fully insulated side skirts with dual aluminium foil layers, and a sealed ABS base. This multi-layer insulation system helps retain heat, stabilise water temperature and reduce energy loss throughout the winter months. A high-density, lockable spa cover completes the thermal envelope.
Water care is handled through a high-efficiency mixed ozone sterilisation system, supported by twin anti-bacterial blue filters. This combination helps maintain cleaner water, reduces chemical demand and supports low-maintenance ownership.
Entertainment and ambience are elevated through LED perimeter and corner lighting, creating a soft, atmospheric glow in the evening. The integrated sound system features two transducer speakers built directly into the spa shell, paired with a dedicated subwoofer for rich, balanced audio without compromising waterproof integrity.

Installing a swim spa requires a solid and flat ground. If you don t have a concrete pad contact one of our sales team to discuss how we can provide the best groundworks to ensure your swim spa is level and able to take the weight when full of water
All Swim Spas require a Crane to lift the swim spa into position. It is the customers responsability to arrange for the crane hire. However, we can arrange this for you via our preferred crane hire company, who give us trade discount based on the amount of crane hires we order. please discuss this with one of the sales team when ordering your swim spa.
All Swim Spas require a deposit of 30% from the sale price. Please bear in mind, special delivery and crane costs are required when purchasing a swim spa and full and final payment must be settled 48 hours before the official delivery date.
All Hot Tubs require a £150 deposit followed by full and final payment of the outstanding balance, 48 Hours before the official delivery date, which will be agreed with the customer up to 10 days before the agreed delivery date.
A two man team will offload your Hot Tub from our delivery vehicle and will position your spa in your garden. Please note that a minimum of 1 metre width is required if we are moving the spa (please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact 1 metre width also note that if the hot tub is 2 meters long it will require 2.5 meters of clearance before it can be turned).

Once our team have got your spa into your chosen location, our team will lower the spa and move this into it’s final position for you. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from the product before installation.
Delivery Upgrades
Full Install – this includes our standard delivery process, but our delivery and installation team will also wire your spa up (electrics must be pre installed), we will begin to fill your spa with water and guide you through your chemical kit and water maintenance, our team will also guide you through on how your spa operates which includes a tutorial on the spa control panel, setting your filter cycles and ensuring your spa is ready to be used. The final process would be putting your steps into position and ensuring your cover is unwrapped and fitted on your spa. We offer this service for £295
Full Install and Electrical Installation – We have a team of qualified electricians who can install your hot tub electrics before our delivery process – please get in touch with us for a quote.

All deposits will vary from £150 to 30% of the sale value depending on the hot tub or Swim Spa you have ordered. Your deposit secures your hot tub from the factory. Deposits are not refundable.

On Back Order – Please note that your hot tub may take 8 to 26 weeks to be delivered. Contact us for a more specific timeline.
In Stock – If your hot tub is in stock when you order, depending on our workload at the time of order, it will typically be delivered within 7 to 21 days from order. During peak times, delivery slot allocation can take longer and it may take us longer to deliver your hot tub. Please email us if you have any questions.
15 year warranty available on all hot tubs as long as we carry out a full annual service on your hot tub.
1 full-year parts and labour warranty included as standard on all spas.
