Planning, bases and electrics
Will I need planning permission?
Many garden buildings can fall within permitted-development rules, but limits and local restrictions vary. We will help you identify the questions to check; formal approval remains the property owner’s responsibility.
What base does it need?
A stable, level and correctly sized base is essential. The right specification depends on the building, ground conditions and intended use, so we assess this as part of the project.
Can it have electricity and heating?
Yes. We can plan the internal arrangement around electrical and heating needs, with final regulated connections completed by suitably qualified trades.
