Your order

Ordering, pricing and payment

Prices and VAT

Unless clearly stated otherwise, consumer prices shown on our website and order documents include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery, crane hire, electrical work, groundworks and other services are included only when stated in writing.

Order acceptance

An online acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance of an order. Your order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may contact you if a price, availability or product-description error is identified before acceptance.

Deposits

A deposit reserves UK stock or a factory order. Swim spa orders normally require a deposit of 30% of the total price. The amount, payment schedule and any product-specific cancellation implications will be confirmed before payment.

Final payment

Final payment must clear by the date shown on your order. Cancellation after a bespoke or made-to-order product has entered production may be restricted, but this does not remove any cancellation or refund right that applies by law.

Stock photographs and product descriptions

Manufacturer images are used for illustration. Colours, finishes and minor features can vary, and manufacturers may make specification improvements. Material changes will be explained before supply where reasonably possible. Please ask for current photographs or written confirmation if a particular feature is essential to your purchase.

A product supplied must still match its description and any information relied upon when ordering.

Lead times and availability

Factory-ordered hot tubs may take approximately 8–26 weeks. In-stock products can sometimes be delivered from 24 hours onward and are typically arranged within 7 days, subject to access, workload and final payment. Any date provided is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing.

Ex-display, ex-demonstration and reduced products

Known cosmetic marks, prior display use or other relevant conditions will be described before purchase and reflected in the price where appropriate. Any specifically disclosed issue is accepted as part of the product’s condition; your legal rights still apply to undisclosed faults and to the product as otherwise described.

Getting ready

Delivery and installation

Access is a shared responsibility

Please read our delivery-requirements page and tell us about restricted access, steps, corners, drainpipes, gravel, gradients, newly finished surfaces or any other risk before paying a deposit.

Read delivery requirements

Standard positioning

A two-person team will offload and position your spa where standard safe access allows. As a guide, at least 1 metre clear width is needed, and a 2-metre spa may need about 2.5 metres of turning clearance. Packaging will be removed and the working area left tidy.

Preparing the route

You must provide a safe, adequately prepared route and base. Loose gravel should be cleared where it could enter moving equipment and scratch the spa. We use reasonable care and skill, but you must tell us about fragile or sensitive surfaces so protection or an alternative method can be planned.

Finished surfaces

New porcelain, composite or timber decking, paving and completed landscaping must be disclosed at order stage. Hot tubs are extremely heavy; a crane or specialist method may be needed to reduce the risk of cosmetic damage.

Cranes and specialist access

Crane services are not included unless stated in writing. Send photographs and measurements to our logistics team if standard access is doubtful. Any crane, road closure, parking suspension or third-party access cost will be quoted separately.

Delivery timing and delays

Delivery and installation times are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather, access restrictions, previous installations, vehicle or equipment breakdown and operational requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated and minimise delay.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events genuinely beyond reasonable control. If such an event prevents performance for more than 60 days, either party may end the affected order by written notice, subject to payment for goods or services already properly supplied and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Checking the product on delivery

Please inspect the product as soon as reasonably possible and report visible damage promptly with photographs. Reporting promptly helps us investigate, but it does not remove legal rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Fair wear and tear, misuse, accidents and damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts are not manufacturing defects.

03

Safety first

Electrical requirements

Use a competent electrician.

Electrical requirements vary by model and site. The product manual, current BS 7671 requirements and the electrician’s site assessment take priority over this general guide.

Part P and responsibility

Fixed electrical work in homes must comply with applicable Building Regulations and BS 7671. In England and Wales, Part P applies to domestic electrical installations; Scotland has its own Building Standards system. The homeowner should ensure notifiable work is completed and certified through an appropriate route.

You may use a suitably registered electrician or another competent electrician whose work is notified and certified correctly. Current registration and notification requirements should be confirmed with your electrician.

13 amp plug-and-play spas

A 13A model normally needs a suitable outdoor, weatherproof socket with RCD protection and a compliant dedicated supply as specified by the manufacturer and electrician. Extension leads and unsuitable shared supplies must not be used. We can provide up to 5 metres of product cable where specified.

32 amp and 40 amp spas

These models normally require a dedicated hard-wired supply, correctly rated protective devices, a 30mA RCD and an appropriately positioned weather-resistant isolator. Cable size depends on load, route, installation method and distance; although 6mm² or 10mm² SWA may be common in some installations, only the designing electrician can specify the correct cable.

The isolator should be positioned outside the relevant spa zone and the electrician should leave sufficient correctly terminated cable to reach the connection point. Our technician can make the final equipment connection where agreed, but does not replace the electrician’s design, testing and certification duties.

What the repair plans do not include

Unless specifically added in writing: the spa shell, cover, jets, headrests, air locks, frame or structure, external isolator or RCD, and consequential damage caused by a faulty spa, faulty external electrical equipment or the customer’s electrical installation.

Response times and parts

We aim to offer initial telephone help within 24 hours. If a visit is needed, we aim to attend within 7–14 days. Where a part is unavailable, we aim to complete the repair within 14 days, or within 7 days after the part arrives. These are service targets rather than guaranteed deadlines.

Eligibility and cancellation

A spa under 14 days old may be eligible immediately, subject to proof of purchase. Older spas require prior written approval or an inspection, currently shown at £350. Plan holders may cancel without a cancellation fee, subject to the payment and cancellation terms supplied at enrolment and any amount properly due for cover or work already provided.

05

Changing your mind

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Distance orders

If you buy online, by telephone or away from our premises, you will normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The period and process depend on whether you bought goods, services or a combination.

Returning goods

After validly cancelling eligible goods, you normally have a further 14 days to send them back. You may be responsible for the direct return cost where the law allows and this was explained before purchase. Large products require an agreed collection plan.

Made-to-order products

The usual change-of-mind right may not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. We will identify bespoke items before ordering. This exception does not remove rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Services started early

If you expressly ask us to start a service during a cancellation period, you may need to pay for the work properly completed before cancellation. If a service has been fully performed after the required express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Sale, clearance and ex-display products have the same statutory rights, except in relation to specific defects clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase.

06

Aftercare

Warranty and product care

Warranty cover supplements your statutory rights. The written warranty supplied for your exact brand and model determines the applicable duration; ask us to confirm this in writing before ordering if warranty length is material to your decision.

Common warranty areas

Depending on the model, cover may include shell structure and surface, plumbing, control systems, pumps, heater, ozone generator, blower, factory-fitted audio/video, LEDs and cabinet.

Consumable and accessory items

Pillows and filter boxes are commonly limited to 90 days because water chemistry affects them. Covers may have separate vinyl and foam-core periods. Other accessories are normally covered by their respective manufacturer warranty.

Care obligations

Follow the owner’s manual, maintain safe water chemistry, pre-dissolve chemicals when the label requires it and leave the cover open for the recommended period after dosing. Keep dated water-care records where possible.

What warranty does not cover

Normal wear, improper installation, unauthorised alterations or repairs, accidents, misuse, incompatible accessories, commercial use where not approved, and failure to follow pre-delivery or owner instructions.

Making a warranty claim

Email us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem and include your receipt or order number, photographs or video, the spa serial number and a clear description. We may inspect the spa before accepting a claim. Warranty work covered by us will not be charged for parts or labour; any lawful travel or service charge not covered by the applicable warranty will be explained before attendance.

Minor defects and remedial work

Where a minor defect, leak or fitting issue is reported, we may inspect, diagnose and carry out reasonable remedial work within an appropriate timeframe. This does not limit any statutory remedy available to you.

07

Safe use

Chemicals, filters and consumables

Always follow the product label.

Never mix neat chemicals or mix chlorine and bromine products. Store chemicals in their original containers, secured away from children and incompatible substances. Product labels and spa-manufacturer instructions take priority over general website guidance.

Returns of opened chemicals may be restricted for safety and hygiene reasons where the law permits. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed products.

We are here to help

Reporting a problem or making a complaint

Please contact our office directly rather than relying on a conversation with a delivery driver or contractor. Written reports help us route and record your case correctly.

Include your order number, serial number where relevant, photographs or video and the date the issue was first noticed. We aim to acknowledge written enquiries promptly and handle genuine concerns professionally and fairly.

Staff conduct and safety

We do not accept verbal abuse, threats, discrimination, intimidation or physical aggression toward employees, contractors or engineers. Attendance may be paused or withdrawn where a person reasonably feels unsafe, and a future visit may be arranged through an independent engineer. This does not prevent us from continuing to address a genuine product or service issue appropriately.
